This balance is only achieved when there is wholeness in the body, with no division between mind, body, emotions and spirit.
Nothing in life just happens to you randomly. Nobody is a victim of circumstances. Because you live on a planet of free will every thought, every word, and every action has a consequence or creates your circumstance.
As human beings our experiences in life often include challenges which hurt or bruise us in some way. Not only the physical body, but also wounding us mentally or emotionally. These hurts and traumas show up as imbalances in our personal and spiritual energy field. These imbalances cause blockages in one or more of our energy centres or chakras.
