Rosemary herb 50g
An aromatic herb that is used as a flavoring in a variety of dishes, such as soups, casseroles, salads, and stews. Rosemary is often paired with chicken and other poultry, lamb, pork, steaks, and fish, especially oily fish. It also goes well with grains, mushrooms, onions, peas, potatoes, and spinach.

Medicinal: Rosemary herb 50g. Stimulate circulation and eases pain by increasing blood supply. Help digestion of fats. Distilled flower water makes for a soothing eyewash. The leaf and flowers are stimulating to the liver and the digestion. For this reason, rosemary is a classic herb for migraine headache when associated with liver or stomach torpidity. Rosemary increases the circulation and slightly raises blood pressure. Do not drink more than 1 cup a day.
Medicinal Preparation:
- Herbal leaves or flowers: 1 tsp per cup of boiling water. Allow to infuse for 10 min. Strain and drink.
- Herbal powders: 1 tsp per cup of boiling water
- Seeds, bark, roots, stems, berries: 20 gr per 500ml of boiling water. Strain and drink.
